ʻO kahi kumulāʻau me nā kala o ke ānuenue

ʻO kahi kumulāʻau me nā kala o ke ānuenue is Hawaiian for, A tree with the colors of the rainbow. These rainbow eucalyptus trees are found in Hawaii and other tropical locations. The striking colors in the bark vary from tree to tree but are all spectacular.  I was asked by a friend, Mary Williams, to exhibit with her abstract painting of the same subject and that was the inspiration for this colorful painting.
